INSURANCE TERMS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.All Alfadhle car rental are non-smoking vehicles. In the event that hirer or passenger smoke in the car, a cleaning fee of AED 500 will be charge along with additional charges if any permanent damage cause to the vehicle
2.All vehicles in Alfadhel rent A Car are equipped with a tracking device to monitor the cars so please be careful to adhere the speed limit of highways and internal road. In case of non-compliance, Alfadhle car rental has the right to take the necessary action and the deduction of AED 500 on every notification we receive as affine for non-compliance
3.in case of accident, if the hirer is responsible, he will pay3000 AED and the accident penalty “ the excess amount of insurance coverage” + 20% of repairing, in addition of the daily rent until the repairing of the vehicle is complete and if he is not responsible, with the second party present hirer is liable for paying for the daily rental until the repairing of the vehicle is complete.
4.In the event of “TOTAL LOSS” (damage to vehicle beyond the economic repair) the hirer agrees to pay the company 20% of total insured value of the vehicle + the accident penalty “the excess amount of insurance coverage” and 30% from car price.
5.Hirer must be a holder of a valid driving license for at least one (1) year and the hirer must be more than 21 years of age
6.If the hirer is below 25 years old, he/she will not be eligible for any insurance cover. I.e. hirers within the aforementioned age limits will bear full cost of damage repairs caused by accident (where hirer is at fault or not at fault) along with rental charges for duration while vehicle is under repairs.
7.The vehicle is for the use in the U.A.E only the insurance coverage also for the U.A.E only and insurance not cover all glass , tires and interior.
8.In case the vehicle seized by any entity for what ever reason or If any accident occurred, because the driver was under the influence of alcohol or any substance having the same effect he should pay the full car price plus a comprehensive compensation for any losses damages to the vehicle, he shall be fully responsible before the official authorities.
9.The hirer must ensure that the vehicle is park in a safe and secure place when it is not in use, any damages caused to the vehicle including these damages due to natural disasters will be the sole responsibility and liability of the hirer, as the same cannot be claimed to the insurance
10.in case of any damage not supported with police report the hirer shall be fully responsible before the official authorities, plus the vehicle repairing.
11.The hirer is shall assume the responsibility for the correctness of all his data and information contained in this agreement .
FINES AND SALIK TERMS:
1.The hirer agrees to pay all traffic and parking fines occurred during the period of rental.
2.The hirer agrees to pay deposit for traffic and parking fines during or after the period of rental, according the agreement, and the company reserves the right within one year of the end of the rental, to claim any such unpaid amounts from the hirer.
3.The hirer agrees to pay charges of the passage of the car from the electronic gates of ”SALIK SYSTEM” (as agreed) per pass.
4.The hirer agrees to pay all the car’s violations immediately upon being informed. Alfadhle car rental Company is entitled to return the car if the tenant does not comply with vehicle payment without the prior warning. In this case, the tenant will bear 250 AED as towing fee 500 AED in addition to what may be due to the contract is settled which definitely remains open-timed.
Conditions:
1.In case of any accident, hirer should not move the car from the place of accident before the police inspection complete, he/she must deliver all the required documents to the rental office immediately, otherwise, he/she will be held fully responsible.
2.The hirer is responsible to pay the repair and daily rent fee for the period of non-work due to an accident or a technical trouble occurring to carelessness, negligence or intention of the hirer.
3.In case of an accident, technical or mechanical troubles the hirer must inform the rental office immediately. The hirer is not allowed to make any repairs to the vehicle without informing the rental office.
4.Vehicle should be delivered to the rental office in a good condition according to the attached check out list and the hirer undertakes to keep sufficient water and oil in the vehicle, if the hirer returned the car unclean, he should pay 200 AED cleaning charges.
5.The hirer has to return the vehicle to the office for the periodical services.
6.The hirer should not use the vehicle for off road driving, or in any races, rallies or competitions, or to get inside the desert areas, or any activities that may damage the vehicle and will be responsible for any damage will happen to the vehicle because of this.
7.The hirer is responsible for any complement, case or any obligations regarding the vehicle before the office or the official authorities which occurs within the hire, also he will be alone responsible if he use the vehicle to transport any forbidden items in the U.A.E Hirer also should pay the full amount of the contract until some arrangement is reached between hirer and the office.
8.Alfadhle Car Rental will not be responsible for any cash or valuable belongings left or lost inside the vehicle while it was in his/her possession or after the entire period of rental.
9.The hirer allowed driving is 250 km per day, above that we will charge every km as agreed.
10.one day hire means 24 hours, and more than one hour late will be calculated full day and if hirer contract is not daily and he want to end it before before it’s time , the hirer should pay with the daily rate.
11.in cause if the hirer do not return the car with full payment will pay#25#dhs for each delay day and if the credit was more than 5000 dhs will pay 2% from the total amount for each day.
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE:
THE HIRER WILL ALSO LIABLE TO PAY THE FOLLOWING CHARGES:
Car towing service – Decline in value regardless of whether the vehicle is repaired or not – Any amounts paid by ”Alfadhle Car Rental” as a result of the loss or damage to the vehicle including court costs and legal fees.
NO INSURANCE COVERAGE IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Sublease the vehicle – the driver under the influence of alcohol or any substance having the same effect at the time of accident – the vehicle is driving by an unauthorized driver – Any damages caused to the vehicle due to natural disasters – off road driving, or in any races, or inside the desert areas – the vehicle is driven outside UAE.
1.I authorize Alfadhle car Rental Company to collect from my credit card the costs of car rental, traffic & municipal violations and damages.
2.I authorize Alfadhle car rental company to recover the vehicle by key reserves from anywhere from the UAE without reference to me.
3.Hirer must not sublease the rented vehicle, persons who are not acknowledge on the rental agreements as a driver nor a second driver are not authorized to withhold the vehicle.
4.Hirer agrees to leave the original passport to the rental company without any objections until the rental period has taken its place. Claiming of the original identities surrendered to the rental company will take effect as soon as rented vehicle is returned without any damages caused and or unpaid debts.
5.In the event of complaints filed to public authorities, governmental or non-governmental agencies the hirer who is at fault is liable to pay for all the fees, documentations and inconveniences which is brought up for the disability of the rental company.
6.(In case of keeping passport in the office)
I keep my passport as a guarantee at Alfadhle car Rental Company and I promise not to claim it until after paying all my material and incorporeal obligations to Alfadhle car rental Company.
7.In the event of a complaint and transfer of the tenant’s papers to the police or a governmental or non-governmental entity, the tenant shall pay all fees resulting from this complaint.
INSURANCE RETURN:
The net amount of the insurance after deducting the irregularities and the transit fees of passing traffic, tariff gates ”SALIK” shall be refunded if the conversion fee is 30 days after the date of delivery of the vehicle and as follows:
To the hirer’s account if the insurance payment is in cash, on condition that you provide us with international bank account number “IBAN” and Bank’s name.
-To credit card account when it is paid securely by credit card.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
